LET'S STOP THE GENOCIDE, LET'S STOP IT ALL

On October 15th, the General Confederation of Labor (CGT) has called a 24-hour general strike, which Som Sindicalistes Balears will be joining. At 6:30 PM, we will gather in Plaça d’Espanya to raise our voices in a massive demonstration.

This strike is not just a work stoppage. It is a collective call to conscience, solidarity, and dignity. In the face of the genocide being carried out against the Palestinian people, we cannot go on as if nothing is happening. We cannot look the other way while they are bombed, expelled, and exterminated.

We are workers, we are students, we are neighbors. We are people who refuse to be complicit in silence.

With this strike, we demand that the Spanish government take immediate action to stop the genocide: sanctions, diplomatic rupture, arms embargo, international pressure. We don’t want empty statements—we want real action.

Our strength is collective. When we all stop, the world stops. And when we unite, we can shake the foundations of injustice.
